Workshop on *Health and Wellness* for School Children
An Informative workshop on Health and Wellness for school children was conducted on 24th September,2024 I The program held at Saket International School, aimed to enlighten the pivotal role of a healthy body and mind in the daily lives of students. The workshop was conducted by Honourable Principal
Mr. Abhishek Goswami for the students of grade 9th and 10th, where he emphasized the profound impact of health on a student’s life.
Vice Principal Mr. Nilesh Patidar conducted the module Physical and Mental Health for grade 6th to 8th, where he conveyed the crucial message that children and adolescents must recognize the significance of maintaining a well-nourished and healthy lifestyle.
Values and Responsible Citizen module for grade 3rd to 5th and Growing Up Healthy module for girls of 9th and 10th was conducted by HM Mrs Neelesh Shivhare.
The workshop involved hands-on activities aligned with a series of case studies and situations from everyday life. Participants found the session not only interesting but also enlightening, providing practical insights into enhancing the overall health of school children.
